This is a site for information and services for subsidized housing in the Southeast. The owner and sole editor is Felix Miller, a former manager of the Housing Choice Voucher Program administered by the Chattanooga Housing Authority in Hamilton County, Tennessee.

I worked for CHA from the days of the Certificate and Mod Rehab programs and the early days of the Voucher program. I spent all 17 years of my career at CHA in these subsidy programs, doing every thing from auditing files and check runs, inspections, interview with residents and landlords, and supervising up to a dozen employees.

This site is under construction now, and will be updated daily and expanded.
